Business Outlook
Pros
Great people to work with! Very young & energetic vibe, with a work hard play hard attitude. The company really emphasise social events and activities outside of work eg bowling, or go karting, and meals out which is great. Current London office is in a WeWorks shared office space which is a really great environment to work.
Cons
Company is growing like crazy, so internal processes don't always catch up in time. Personally I wasn't offered comprehensive enough training when I initially started, and that was really quite disappointing.
