Pros

- Company is investing in its growth and future. - Improved hiring for a younger and more diverse workforce. - Leadership more open to new and different ideas. - Company moving towards more modern solutions and ways of working. - Fully remote work - Flexible work schedules - Competitive base pay - Average benefits package - Collaborative environment

Cons

- No tuition/education benefits - PTO based on hire date and limited to three weeks. - Bonuses not achieved or had low payout last few years - Communication limited to quarterly town hall calls

Pros

Some good people in there. Public company on paper. Execs like to share how they have millions in the bank but pay is below market. Raises, 401K, and bonus are a joke. Millions in the bank means that your meagre wages will be paid on time.

Cons

- Outdated technology, old-school mentality, obsolete company - Poor upper and middle management. Just look at the turnover in marketing - HR is rude, absent and completely USELESS - Little to no diversity - Makes employees sign agreement to repay recruitment fees if they choose to leave before a year of employment.
