      Great family atmosphere. The technology is state of the art and everyone is willing to help you . The business philosophy of the company is: The harder you work, the more money you make. .The owners focus on investing in tools to assist Freight Agents to increase productivity. They realize that the company has been built by the Agents and and shows their appreciation with 2 events every year. A Golf Banquet in July and a Holiday Party in January. Events include hotel, trainings, tour of their headquarters, fine dining and cocktails. Great team spirit!!

      Pros

      This is the best place I have ever worked hands down. The work I do and the people I work with are amazing! The corporate culture makes you feel part of a family and want to get up and come to work everyday. Our agent model is one of the best.

      Pros

      It's like playing on a football team, we trust the person next to us to do their job in order for us all to be successful. Very transparent company to work for, no one is ever left in the dark and expectations are clear. No micromanagement because management fully anticipates and expects you to get your job done without hand holding.
