      Twice a year, LDi offers in-depth surveys to our freight broker business partners and encourages honest (and even anonymous) feedback along with any questions, comments, and suggestions they'd like to share. We take each response very seriously and implement changes and/or improvements in a timely manner that help our business partners continue to succeed and grow their business. For the past few years, LDi has also offered free growth seminars/workshops that feature hand-selected topics of most relevance that are geared specifically to further educate them on our latest system or tech improvements, inform them on industry changes, and ways to diversify or strengthen their business. Their success is our success.
