      Fair compensation, great benefits, fun environment, exciting work, great perks, awesome people (intelligent and friendly)

      Politics in upper management; bad decisions regarding product lines means lots of time wasted developing great things which never saw the light of day

      Gym facility is the best one. Other than that, nothing else worth your while.

      Cons

      Bad location where you can socialize with people in the industry, bad politics where a** kisser will get promoted, bad pay where you will get below average, and bad company where no new products that people will buy.
