      Not hierarchical, very accessible leaders, including the CEO International, so many different cultures operating together Creative, innovative, and open environment to bring your ideas High possibility of internal and international mobility as well as investment in visas for that mobility to happen

      Cons

      If you work in a department that is not related to the business, like HR, chances are your budget is very small and there's less opportunity for professional development. Even when this department is responsible for all others' development.
