Pros

-Increasing focus and prioritization on employee satisfaction - open, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment - Highly encouraged and easy access to leadership - inclusive, diverse, honest - GREAT people. like sooo smart, collaborative, willing to teach and learn, regardless of rank.

Cons

- no cell phone plan reimbursement plan (you are given a phone, or you pay for your own plan) Would rather to just get $100/month or something for a phone plan. - The newark campus has very limited food options. The on campus cafe is expensive, and there isnt much to drive to. - Onboarding was a bit of a mess, very disorganized, and there was such a delay in getting my copmuter. This was the worst onboarding experience of my career. - i wish managers would get frequent training. There are very clearly some really great managers and some really horrible ones and there is no system in place to fix this and provide feedback in a safe way to the horrible ones.
