      Pros

      Most of the people are solid professionals and fun to work with. Throughout my tenure, profitability was solid and I was able to get bonuses and stock options which helped my family a lot financially.

      Cons

      Some of the managers and executives have zero positive leadership skills and 'rule' from a very negative attitude causing major morale problems and high turnover of key employees in their organizations.

      Pros

      I'm two weeks in and have loved every minute of it. Logitech is the most inclusive and friendly place I have ever worked.

      Cons

      It has been great. I really can't think of anything negative to say. The only improvement point so far is that some of the internal documentation is redundant.
