Pros

People are friendly and earnest...company is eager to be "more" (although unclear what "more" looks like or how they'll get there)

Cons

Despite the "move fast" and "speak up" "winning behaviors," Logitech has a while to get there -- and hoping they do. This is not a fast-moving environment as far as results and productivity, although it is in terms of changes that tend to be unexplained and under thought.

Pros

Great pay, great benefits, lots of PTO.

Cons

Despite all the HR propaganda, it's unprofessional from the start to finish. Hiring process took over 50 days. Camas engineering operates like an science day camp for interns. LOTS of time to save very very little cost for no results. Probably why there was 3 rounds of layoffs in 1 8months. If you disagree or speak up about obvious problems. It will get very political and passive aggressive, Very machiavellian HR and management.

Pros

Logitech provides many company holidays. A lot of talent. Average benefits.

Cons

Some roles are created to keep the business going, but presented as a standard job. Some employee's joke about hazing taking place at work. Long term employee's try to reassign their responsibilities to new employee's without management approval. Management uses the same practices. Company hires too many remote employee's outside of their headquarters/out of state. You are expected to attend meetings outside of business hours to accommodate everyone. Training is disorganized and low in quality. Important training materials are outsourced and hard for an American to understand. High quality hires appear low quality next to weak managers. Gossip/excuses where there should not be. Outdated/poorly used technology. Fear based training. Generally people like to help, but the workload does not allow for an environment to help or learn without stealing your weekend or evenings. Little to no pressure on international teams to communicate on time to US teams.
