Pros

Great Benefits, wonderful dedicated employees who care about what they do. Group pulls together and help each other when work gets backlogged.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement are not really there, pay is below market. Employees work long hours for weeks or months on end including weekends. I hope they work to change the workload of the team.

-Garage sale ... where items are deeply discounted for employees. -Pay is decent, but only because many experienced professionals stay away from this company.

Cons

Too many to mention: -broken process (if I can even call it a process); -tapped out employees; -mediocre products (how many variations of Boom can the self-professed "design" company make?); -middle managers who are shamelessly yes-man/woman
