      Pros

      Logitech is a great place to work and is continuing to help employees develop and expand their career. They are flexible and and put employees first- proving that the" whole person" philosophy really does matter and makes a difference in overall happiness in the workplace.

      Pros

      Great people and CEO is very nice and try his best to listen every employee’s advice. Work/life balance. overall culture is good.

      Cons

      Management are under trained and not professional. Very political culture, bully activities allowed and there is no annual or peer review in the system, with that say, your performance are all based on what your manager says. Employee are tend to afraid to speak up.

      Best company to work for less than two years

      Pros

      Logitech is a good company if you don't spend more than two years of your life in it! You will get the chance to learn a lot about the different aspect of a business as it is small.

      Cons

      But! They don't care about your career path! Your salary! your growth! every 6 months they lay off 20% of their Newark headquarter and as they can't compete with Bay Area salary they try to hire more in Europe and replace!
