      Great products. Above average compensation.

      Good old boys club ,especially in sales Style is more important than substance to many the role of marketing is to be the punching bag of sales when they don't make their number Bad executive hire made the culture toxic

      Pros

      Great culture and fun working with cool tech products that people use and want.

      Cons

      Lack of internal promotions/salary increases, two mass layoff's in past three years, constantly changing Management all signs of a struggling company in today's market. Lots of good people are leaving to other companies.

      The businesses they are in are stable but not growing because the growth in the market is to phones and tablets, and those don't take many accessories.

      Cons

      If you aren't Swiss-French you have no future in the company...and on top of that, the Swiss-French are total idiots. So, be ready for a lot of stupidity working there....they seem to like it that way.
