      Pros

      good benefits, work/life balance, everyone is courteous

      Cons

      It is a culture of passive aggressive back-stabbing, executives who are out of touch with markets and their own company and not willing to learn. It has been milking the mouse for a very long time, and doesn't have an innovation engine to discover new ideas and get them to market in a timely fashion. The cycle of bloating with bureaucracy and then layoff is unsustainable. It drives people to safe roles, safe initiatives, and risk aversion.

      Pros

      Good benefits, fairly good perks, cool products to play with, a great work/life balance and lots of fun - the Hallowe'en festivities at Logitech are among the best I've ever seen. The current CEO, Guerrino De Luca, came out of retirement to help out the company and he is very good.

      Cons

      Salaries are on the low side. Way too much inter-departmental politics and clique-building. Management doesn't seem to have much of a direction (though with Guerrino's return, that problem will probably lessen) and there are too many middle managers. There is also too much nepotism.
