It is one-of-its-kind in India, which gives you a 360* product development visibility for a largest market-share holding Consumer Retail product in US and Europe. No other center in India offers that kind of visibility and experience. Work environment is great. Work-Life Balance is good.

Cons

Given the 360* product development visibility from concept to shelf across all components, you can't avoid getting passionate about the product.
