Good results are celebrated. They take time and interest in the people that work for them. Small teams in the country that really work together to get results. Global brand that was worked locally.

Cons

When I worked there the culture was formed in 25 years of stable formidable growth with the PC market. When the PC market did not grow anymore that culture was working against good results.
