      Pros

      Culture is great. People work hard, but it's a fun place to work so you don't mind. The executive staff are visible and available to everyone. They are not in their ivory towers separate from the rest of the company. Communication from the top down is important and management stresses that.

      Cons

      Offices could be polished/upgraded. A majority are 20 years old and really show it...a bit embarrasing with customers, etc.
