Pros

I am a software engineer in the Harmony Remote division - have learnt more in the past 6 months than I learned in my entire university life. There is so much cool software being developed at Harmony (web, embedded). What I love most is the adoption of scrum/agile development. It is an amazing process for developing software - enables lots of collaboration across the team. I also like the coaching management style and the opportunities we are being given to develop our skills and apply them.

Cons

There are other businesses at Logitech which are also developing some great products. At some point, would like to more closely with them to look at integration opportunities.

Excellent products!! I would have a lot of cutting edge toys available once in a while. A huge number of trainings -- to a point that you might not have time to do the real work.

Cons

It seems to be a company that treats outsider (consultants) more than its internal employees. You will need to prove really hard in order to earn the trust that you should.
