      Pros

      Cool product, startup feel, lots of opportunity to learn

      Cons

      Terrible management. Very toxic culture that relies on fear and deception rather than genuine communication. If they are unhappy with your performance, and it's usually personality based, they prefer to fire immediately rather than discuss performance shortfalls. Employee morale is low, and most feel very disrepected and taken advantage of. They used to allow more flexible schedules, but with the Logitech merger, they are moving away from this. Pay is very low for the amount of work and hours they expect.

      Pros

      decent pay and benefits, company transitioned to many full-remote and hybrid departments since Covid.

      Cons

      Company lost its vision and purpose. Like most corps, now just lives to make the most profit for its shareholders. Higher-ups are now just following trends rather than innovating anything. Products following trends release too late to sell "well enough," kill project, fire your "labor expenses," move on to newer trend, repeat.

      Poor brand values and strategy Acquisitions are messy with no support for the new brand and eventually leads to layoffs and end of brand Leaders take no responsibility and accountability for failures and short comings but will take all credit for successes Talented people leave leaving mediocre employees
