Pros

My pay was decent. The profit-sharing bonuses were nice too.

Cons

In my department, there was a pervasive lack of professionalism. I did not trust my supervisor or upper management. The longer I worked there, the more unethical behavior I saw. They gossiped, played favorites, openly mocked and ridiculed non-click employees, and found ways to punish you if didn't support whatever they did and said. The office was dirty and unkept. They used antiquated, beat-up office furniture, and you had to walk around boxes and junk piled up in every available hallway, nook, and cranny. Their refrigerators were antiquated and rarely cleaned (pew), and they didn't even replace the handles that apparently fell off way back when.

Pros

You’ll often see bizarre situations where long tenured employees mess things up, then hide, take it for granted, leaving others to clean up the mess.

Cons

Management that has stayed for decades in the logi often shows strong signs of paranoia, fearing others want to take their positions, constantly worrying about company politics, focusing only on comparing who manages more people , doing little actual work, and considering themselves superior to others.

Pros

Strong brand and looks good on your resume. Logitech at one point had a great culture and there is potential for it to return to that standard with major cultural and leadership changes.

Cons

Ongoing "micro Layoffs" across departments and reactive strategy and planning. Unhealthy management practices that enable favoritism and poor leadership behavior (micro-aggressions, undermining, gaslighting, etc) The same leaders are repeatedly rewarded and recognized internally while the contributions of their teams are not consistently acknowledged or made visible. Undermining behavior often occurs privately, followed by contradictory messaging or public positioning that creates confusion and erodes trust. Lack of transparency, inconsistent accountability, and unclear decision-making contribute to a culture where employees feel the need to document everything to protect themselves. Over time, these dynamics can negatively impact confidence and retention. There is no clear documented path for promotion or development, the company does not have a formal review process. It is 100% up to your manager without evidence/peer insight/persona impact reports.
