Pros
Really great, down-to-earth culture the emphasizes people's wellbeing above all else. No pressure to burn the candle at both ends or sacrifice your life. Lots of opportunities for growth within my department. I'm constantly learning new things and taking on exciting projects. I feel recognized for the work I do. I've been promoted, and seen the scope of the projects i work on expand dramatically. Good project management processes are in place, so we don't (often) descend into chaos. Everyone is friendly and kind; the culure ensures it.
Cons
Some typical big company things, but it's not so bad. Sometimes there's a million eyeballs looking at a project and you just can't please everyone. Occasionally some typical client-to-marketing dept. quirks, but it's not so bad--because everyone communicates well and are kind, we don't usually run into conflicts or major problems.
