Pros

Great company culture that starts with the CEO and continues through the leadership team. Lots of opportunities to move to new business units and grow new skills.

Cons

Healthcare plans are so/so. Cafeteria is expensive and there aren't a lot of options nearby.

I'd say Logitech is a better place for stress less work. I enjoyed working there in IT. Learnt a lot. I had a good managers hierarchy 1. Freedom to think 2. Ideas are appreciated 3. Good culture 4. Work/life balance

Cons

1. Chennai branch has lot to learn from the world. They need to hire smart people rather than hiring contractors for high cost and end up doing regular job. There is no passion between employees. 2. No budge for new ideas.
