      Pros

      Cool products, attempt to create a small company culture, open environment, and great people. We love products and so will you!

      Cons

      Sometimes we operate too much like a big company but we are really trying to change. I think our office in Silicon Valley is kind of messy (sorry!) but it's at least really open and fun. Almost all the offices are cool or getting there!

      -Low pay compare to other companies with same job description and title -No opportunity to move up -Everything is still manually process.

      Pros

      I'm two weeks in and have loved every minute of it. Logitech is the most inclusive and friendly place I have ever worked.

      Cons

      It has been great. I really can't think of anything negative to say. The only improvement point so far is that some of the internal documentation is redundant.
