Bonus is paid quarterly. Good discount for Logitech products.

Cons

Scrum/Agile means justified chaos, lack of vision, and 2 weeks deadline. Unpaid overtime required on a regular basis. Management is selected based on words, not achievements. The deadlines are unrealistic. The rank and file contributor is bullied on a daily basis. Too much effort is required to get things done.
