Good culture and great team who support you and want to make you feel comfortable.

Very poor (awful) managment, no promotions and stuck and biased salaries that sadly, dont represents skills or experience. Although the company avertise offering career paths, education plans and salary reviews, everything pretty much depends on your manager who might represent a huge blocker.
