Pros

Company culture can be very kind to WLF. Team members are overall enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Cons

Experience varies wildly depending on team. Some teams feel much more disorganized than others. Less pay with respect to other tech companies in the area. Things can be slow because of the nature of being a hardware company.
