Pros

Good collaboration with other teams, take on a lot of ownership and drive initiatives as long as it makes business sense. off site events were great and invested well by the business.

Cons

a strong culture of Bullying and encouraged not to speak up. Lots of infighting and low trust amongst the team. Old fashioned way of interviewing also Low progression route and very few people are allowed to move teams for lateral moves/change of career. Not disclosure friendly

Pros

* The policies of the company are good. * HR are actually very positive and have splendid attitude towards employees. * Leave policies are great. * WFH policies are great - unless one's manager has trust issues and (if one's salary seems high for him) he could doubt that one is moonlighting. It is like, One part of Logitech really works hard in favor of its employees and then the other half of Logitech - the project management etc. are totally nonsense.. they are concerned about their jobs and not about their teams.

Cons

In 6 months time, June 2022 to Jan 2023. Offshore upper management - could judge one for their whim and fantasy. They could have someone to write code reviews - of zero value - and they could fire based on those code reviews. Have you ever heard firing someone based on one code review! Never seen an upper management from India so bad at voicing itself. They keep absolute silence about the crazy behaviours of upper management from offshore. Harassment of employees internally. One could visually see 1 or 2 members leaving every month. Logitech chose to give a compensation which was not asked or demanded.. after a while the pay was the issue for managers locally and for offshore upper management. Sick mentality. One who judges interviewed and selected, but still behaves this way. Management from offshore behave like Dictators. With very bad attitude towards Indians - putting of people from India in open meetings and forum - verbally.
