Pros

The paycheck and free food.

Cons

Pay is low. NO career progression opportunities. Benefits are painfully expensive. Stressful environment. Favoritism, bullying and HR does not step in and correct anything. Support teams do not have standard processes to follow. Leadership doesn't know what they're doing and some lead by intimidation. Like the comment from April, the company is still getting rid of good employees and keeping the old bad apples.

DSMs that want to work with the employees and make them better. Pretty good base salary except you can't live off your base

Cons

I can write a book on the Cons. Ask a current or former sales rep.

Pros

Uncapped commissions, many bonuses and contests. The back office staff is your best asset here.... from install coordination, provision and installers - they are A+ and always have your back.

Cons

Limited footprint. Regional provider. Rules for North vs South region cross selling. Limited product set. Only in Tx and OK.
