Pros
Market-edge, great product, wonderful team, knows what they're doing, well-informed leadership, cares about employees and customers. Honest.
Cons
There isn't an HR department, so you have to communicate directly with the manager or department heads to get a problem solved, which usually can take a while. There also isn't a feeling of trust that you can be confident that management/department heads will get back to you with the problem solved. Difficulties with communication, apparently.
