Pros

Extremely open, No specific hours, Unlimited (obviously within reason) vacation, Tons of communication between workers, Great communication from higher ups (even 1 on 1s with CEO) let you constantly know what direction the company is going in.

Cons

Location, if you like small-town Bellingham, it is great. If you want to be nearby anything else, it can be rough.

Pros

small size easy access to management great product good technology open communications good health insurance for employee they have had some really cool employee recognition celebrations for new products Read for Cash, president of the company pays you to read business books as well as he wanted everyone to have a mobile device so he gave all the employees some cash to buy one

Cons

they are growing very quickly and you can be left in the dust expensive to add family members to plan if you are in the wrong department (sales, marketing, customer service) you can be neglected no education reimbursement

Pros

A few perks such as getting taken out to lunch on occasion and free drinks in the break room. A great opportunity to move up internally and get more responsibilities and a nice job title on your resume, but not much more pay. They are a successful company in a small, beautiful town.

Cons

They will pay you as little as possible. They are a no loyalty company, you could be there for 10 years and they will fire you for any reason without thinking twice. Your job is constantly in jeopardy of getting cut. They say they are a Christian company but they don't behave like one.
