Pros

Logos is a growing organization, has incredibly talented employees, does meaningful and exciting work, and offers a very flexible work environment. If you work hard and bring significant value, the compensation is very competitive.

Cons

There's always a lot going on Logos. As a result, sometimes it's not clear what the priorities are, and it can be easy to get spread too thin or overwork, if you're not careful.

Pros

Great for self starters and entrepreneurial minded people Flexible working hours Fast growing company with room to move up everywhere A dynamic product that empowers Christian ministry throughout the world Perks: free espresso, soft drinks, outdoor center, indoor center.

Cons

Low starting wages Hard work and commitment are only rewarded if you ask for it Very little positive feedback/encouragement from executives Can be a discouraging working environment

Pros

-The culture: in addition to more traditional "honesty" and "openness," the culture includes ideas like "elegance" and "shipping." The culture is not just a list of slogans but the real underlying values by which we operate. -The sales department has struck a balance between competition and cohesion, incentive and teamwork better than any I have seen before.

Cons

-Since the staff is made up exclusively of humans, it is not perfect -I sometimes think we do too many different projects at the same time, some of them a bit of a stretch from our core strengths -- but maybe I'm missing something and this is the right way to pilot the next major area of growth
