Pros

Very good environment for talanted people. Interesting projects with modern technologies and good processes. Management with perfect technical background. Nice equipment to perform all kind of duties related to software development, testing and collaboration. A lot of additional benefits.

Cons

It is very hard to find cons for Lohika in Odessa. Sometimes transition to another project introduced by management could take a time. Whatever if you have normal feedback from another workers and customers then Lohika will provide you a several projects during 3 months period. And surely you are fully paid during that time.
