Pros

Lohika is a warm climate company. It has leading position in IT market in Odesa. Lohika can give a good start for non experienced employees as well as to provide opportunities for already high qualified engineers.

Cons

There are lots of interesting projects in Lohika and the salaries depend on the project and customers. Company provides technical skill trainings, language lessons and candies :)

“Fast-growing company with lot of professionals. Good salaries, good relationships with management. No overtimes. Management cares about employees learning and development.”

Cons

“Lohika is not a product company so lot of things depend on the customer. Projects are rarely that interesting but it depends. You can work on very dull and boring project but your collegue can work on very nice and interesting simultaniously”
