good compensation + bonuses (insurance, etc) different projects to work in flexible hours good hardware good atmosphere

Cons

open space not fancy office location (Odesa) some projects have a lot of support

Pros

Great way to learn new technologies, stable income, comfortable working place, knowledge base, international trips, access to the latest devices

Cons

All projects are of "outsourcing" type, no product-related projects. It's a body-shop like business, when people are "sold" to perform customer needs. Extra management tier - nobody knows what they are doing exactly, their key responsibilities, but sometimes.

A lot of professionals; A bunch of projects for biggest IT companies, like Cisco, HP, eBay, etc. Culture & Values; Free health insurance; Office facilities; Christmas vacation; 5 day-offs without certificate; Yearly salary review; Competing salary.

Cons

All those talented engineers deserve better management. As a result of non proactive HR management company loose some of the valuable workers. Sometimes company appears too bureaucratic when it is related to buying new hardware.
