Expectations are low because they can’t keep employees. Little oversight, especially on off shifts and weekends.

Everything. Management is clueless and new owners are even worse. Lots of friction between old timers who don’t want to change and new hires. The cult still surrounding Greg, the founder, is creepy.
Had a awesome team, Great communication, No weekends, Chances for advancement. Medical was 100% after deductible. Free dental and disability, Proper Pay, Excellent profit sharing and 401K match.
Cons
The private owners sold to landscape forms, 99% of employees I work with for 11 years, No longer work there. New owners would not work with employees that were dealing with family health issues. Insurance and 401K and profit sharing was no longer decent.
