The pay is fairly well, but for good reason. Depending on which branch you work for you'll have good coworkers. That's about it.
Cons
SALES. If you are not motivated by sales then this job is NOT FOR YOU. Management does not respond properly or in a timely manner to customers with concerns. It's pretty much all fake. As a teller you will receive a load of procedures from multiple departments in the bank. From operations, from sales, bsa, basically from anyone anywhere. You are required to abide by all, yet not all departments work hand in hand with each other. There is a huge lack of communication and unfair expectations placed on you. For me mostly, it was the unethical (or as they would like to call it "friendly") competition we had with one another to gain accounts. It's services are alright. And no benefits for part time.
