Pros

Both my direct supervisor and supervisor above her make this job as great as it is. I do appreciate being on a campus that does not force employees to pay for parking passes, a small detail that goes a long way for myself.

Cons

Aesthetics and maintenance. I appreciate the newer buildings and how they have school related colors and photos hanging around and would appreciate that across the other building on campus. Unfortunately, the nearest bathroom to me has a pipe that leaks every time you flush the toilet, and the woman's bathroom door next to the bathroom automatically locks so they have to keep their door open 24/7. Both minor inconveniences that can add up over time.

Pros

Look elsewhere. At this awful place, there's no training. No communication. Tons of people leave within months because the place is badly run.

Cons

No work-life balance. No training. No perks. Low pay, high expectations. Delusional leader. Huge problem with turnover.
