Pros

-Multi-tasking all the time. -Everyone in the kitchen wants to do their best work going forward. -Good for those fast-paced workers. That's not to say I can't be fast-paced, if you can handle it.

Cons

-You may expect rush hours. You better be good at multi-tasking. -Have to keep within cooking timing, don't cook too much but don't cook too little food. You need to expect change cooking control speed on and off.

Pros

Easy work, and the regulars are always nice to see.

Cons

Coworkers can be dramatic and, depending on who, extremely lazy. Customers are often upset at you over the company's policies.
