Many good people. Most mean well. Opportunities to change your type of role after a time as business needs and employee numbers permit. I would say working at an MSP is great for those newer to the industry.

In the worthy goal of keep the organization as flat as possible some in the ranks do not pull their weight. Some smaller technical teams (like mine) faced with careful resource/vacation planning while large teams aren't subject to those limitations. Some unreasonable requests and timing sin
