      Taking the Long View

      Pros

      We're not perfect, but what company is. With thanks, or maybe, apologies to Cameron Crowe and his 1996 classic, Jerry Maguire - I love Long View. I love Long View for the company it wants to be. And I love it for the company it almost is. A community of people who care about the work they do, but more importantly, care about each other.

      Cons

      No shortage of things we can do better; that's why the company is called 'Long View'.
