      Too many problems...

      Pros

      People are great! There is a family feel within the branch and people do care for each other. Good office location.

      Cons

      Poor management, low salaries, poor incentive program, low morale, uncertainty of future for branch, reactive to issues (instead of proactive)

      Poor management, Not listening and not making people feel valued, Lack of vision, Too much focused on the profits and not the employees

      Fast growing organization, privately owned and operate, based heavily in Western Canada

      Great people, catered lunch, people want to be there and make a difference

      Cons

      Goals and objectives are unclear, perhaps to the frontline staff. Collaboration is done with selected individuals, rank may not make a difference unless if you have close relationships with the top.
