You get out what you put in, work hard, get good results, make the clients happy, speak up and network inside and outside the company, make use of training, keep skills up to date, and you will enjoy working for this company. Different branches should have different review categories, but this is how it is in the Vancouver branch. Those that are not enjoying employment here are not doing what I mentioned above and are cutting yourselves short. This company is for the entrepreneurial go getter type. If you like going to the same desk 9-5, then heading home to watch tv for the night and not improving yourself this is not the company for you. Trust me I have worked for many different employers enterprise to small-medium and have pretty much seen it all.

at times you can be left out in the wild to fend for yourself if you don't speak up. out of touch with company information since you are usually not at head office but at client sites most of your day
