They do provide some training. They used to provide lunch if you were in the office.

Cons

Will find any reason to let you go when they want to fire you. Minimal opportunities to move up.

If you're placed with another company like I was the other companies they work for are really nice to work with

The management and HR have no clue what their employees do and have either poor training or just don't care enough to do their jobs
