      Pros

      Solid hours and pay with benefits. Overtime and bonuses. Employee discounts. Covered families. Great co-workers. Never felt like work. Always promoted from within if possible. Inclusive of all nationalities, supported many charities, always helped the next generation of high schoolers get started in the business world. Encouraged further education with seminars and handouts. Good place.

      Lunch break time, discount, moderately laid back atmosphere

      Cons

      Not much advancement, managers aren't receptive to your needs. As with retail, the hours are junk. Had to work on weekends and at least one night a week.
