Pros

A small corporation feel but was a Fortune 500 Co. Management was always meeting with the departments on a regular basis.

Cons

Did not keep up with the times as far as technology in the financial management side. Buy out was quick and decisive.

Was a good company that rewarded the entrepreneur

Cons

CVS takeover destroyed all that was good about the company. The CEO basically was hired to get the company ready for a takeover, not to progress the employees.

* Recognition for good service a la employee of the month rewards * Management actively appreciates good customer service * If they like your work, they will try to keep you working for them. (I was bribed with a better position and higher pay- wouldn't taken it if I wasn't moving state.)

Cons

* The training is done by more experienced employees without regard to how good they actually are at training. * Too many floor managers on at one time
