Cons

Limited supplies. Horrible work grids making it so that nurses work with limited staff even if staff is available to work and help they will call them off so you still work with the bare minimum.

Good competitive pay. Mostly good admin, CEO is awesome and approachable. Great unit teamwork. Most departments love their jobs.

Cons

CHS corporate can occasionally bring in ideas that are not in the best interest of the hospital.
