      Low politics as too much to do. Exposure high due to lean organization. Good people in my team.

      Cons

      OT. Long hours sometimes get calls during off hours. CMO, we are subject to customer demands typically. Reward is pretty low I feel. For me, low satisfaction and we don't see or realistically k of the impact of the products we are making.
