Great to develop your career. Learning and promotions are available to people that want to grow.

Cons

Visp site is far from big cities. Hard to have social life if you work shifts. Shift work changes every 3-4 days. People don’t stay too long, usually they quit after 2-3 years, it’s hard to have someone that worked over 5 years in your team.

Cons

No process. Double standard. Blame culture. Turnover of contingent worker that are used and left asap is the standard. New policy requires to be in the office 4 days per week is removing the only relevant good part of this job. I have never felt more unwelcome in a job.
