Good company to gain experience but wouldn't stay long

Pros

Nice people and the company is trying to improve training and more career development for the current employees. Good pension scheme and benefit package

Cons

Lack of structure and a lot of wasting time chasing around people to get the work done which is very inefficient. The company is also more customer focus rather than science driven - everything could be just about the annual revenue rather than actually solving the problem which helps in the long run. Can't feel the support from management about caring employees' career development. Things could be very passive and hidden and need to ask around to know.

Collaborative environment with really friendly people. Lots of opportunities to learn and develop. Great products to work on. A good sports and social group.

Cons

Frenetic environment that can be quite stressful, a double edged sword where you learn a lot but it is hard work. Car park too small for the site.
