Pros
The only 'Pro' would be the ability to use this company as a stepping stone along the way to working at a real company, one that values and takes care of its employees.
Cons
Terrible pay. The expectation is that you will work one or two levels above your pay grade, without incentive. Employees are currently overworked, with no relief in sight. No advancement possibilities, especially for the employees that have been there for a while. Terrible managers in place in the QC laboratory. They seem to relish destroying people.
