      Pros

      The benefits package was great.

      Cons

      The organization is/was "top heavy"- not nearly enough people actually carrying out the operations of the plant. It was nearly impossible to implement improvements and management was out of touch with what was really needed. Everyone (for the most part) was unhappy there, leading to a really depressing culture.

      Pros

      I have a flexible schedule that allows me to balance the demands of my life with the demands of my job. The benefits are great. I have the opportunity to go to 2 conferences a year to scout new research and present data. I find my job challenging and rewarding.

      Cons

      Although I am happy in my position, I think that your experience may vary based on the team you are on. I know that friends at the same site with different managers have very different outlooks than I have.

      Great Benefits, 10 paid vacation days to start as well as 5 company holidays which you can cash out or use as a vacation day.

      Cons

      Disconnect between senior management and production staff.
